Participation is at the heart of Community of Christ’s mission to Make Jesus Known. From helping out at our worship services, participating on council or on committees, participating in the kitchen or on the grounds of the church, visiting shut-ins, providing food for funeral luncheons or serving with other church members out in the community, there is a place for you to connect with others who share your interest to serve.

Participation for Worship Services

Participation in worship services includes help with communion set-up, attending to the livestream of the service, greeting people as they arrive, passing out bulletins, serving as acolyte or crucifer, reading the scriptures, or assisting the pastor as a worship assistant.  To sign up for any of these volunteer opportunities click here:

Participation on committees is a great way to connect with fellow church members, serve the community and get involved.  Consider giving of your time and talents to any of the following committees.
